It’s a sad day when BDB needs to say goodbye to an owner. However, happy time arrive when there is a new owner willing to take the challenge of building a team from scratch.
The happy new owner is Steve Wrigley – no relation to the Cubs nor the chewing gum! Apparently BDB is contravening its own rules to never ever let a New York Yankee fan into the league … but times are a changing.
Good luck Steve … and FYI – the Parrots took over for the São Paulo Tricolour – one of the most franchises in all of BDB history. So, no pressure there. Brent was able to hit the playoffs in only his second season with an incredible Wild Card run. Let’s see what happens to the Knight!
